I would like to bring to your attention the Accelerate to Headship Programme (Tomorrow’s Heads strand) from the National College. This is a programme designed to prepare participants for headship in around 4 years time by providing them with accelerated leadership experience and the personalised support of a leadership development adviser.
Additional places on this programme have been announced and so the application process for the 2010 cohort has been re-opened. There will be a series of evening information sessions around the country.
